The Dias de los Muertos are one of our favorite holidays. The notion to celebrate passed on loved ones in a jubilant and joyous way rather than in a somber grief laden way is especially dear to our hearts. Part of the celebration is building elaborate altars for the remembrance of those dear to our hearts.
